Just wondering if anyone has been turned down from pip

Yes, it has been known to happen and we've had a few members here but it's rare.

It's 'counter-intuitive'. In saying that, the Decision Maker needs to spot something the Assessor's has missed in the Assessments, but there must be some forward thinking by the Decision Maker, in that, can a 'no' decision be over turned in the Mandatory Reconsideration / Appeal processes.0

Although they commonly follow the assessment report but the Decision Maker is supposed to review all of the information provided on the PIP 2, the evidence submitted to support the claim alongside the assessment report.0
