Any information regarding how long the risk of blood clots following the AZ vaccine lasts for?

I had two doses of the Astra Zeneca vaccine in February and April 2021. In May ‘22 I got a ‘virus’ which consistently tested negative to covid, even through a hospital admission. I had two courses of antibiotics and four weeks of steroids.
At the beginning of July I had a massive pulmonary embolism and was started on anti coagulants. Echo cardio gram showed (according to the technician doing the test). enlarged heart, increased pressure in both ventricles, aortic valve ‘problems’ and other matters which the technician said the doctor would explain. The doctors never have done.
In September ‘22 I had another small PE and pneumonia. The Consultant at that A&E ( a different hospital) said conversationally they were seeing many patients who’d received the Astra Zeneca vaccine coming in with blood clots.
I have been referred to Cardiology but at my age (80) have little hope of being seen any time soon. I am due to come off my Apixaban this month and am anxious regarding my risk of further blood clots.
Has anyone any information regarding how long the risk of blood clots following the AZ vaccine lasts for please?

Welcome to the community @patckr
As poppy123456 has explained, we're not able to give medical advice, but you're welcome to post about your experiences here.
I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been well. I hope that you get an appointment with the cardiologist sooner rather than later.
In the meantime, I'd continue speaking to your doctors, and going to A&E in the case of an emergency, as you have been doing.
Thankfully, experiencing blood clots after getting the AstraZeneca coronavirus vaccine are still rare. You can read about that on the British Heart Foundation website.0
