LCWRA is part of Universal Credit. New claims for the old Income Related ESA are no longer possible because it’s been replaced by UC.
New Style ESA can be claimed but you will have needed to work at some point during tax years 2020/21 and 2021/22. There’s no financial gain anyway because it’s deducted in full from any UC entitlement.
You may not be able to claim PIP because you live in Scotland. All claims are likely to be for Scottish Adult Disability Payment. https://www.mygov.scot/adult-disability-payment/applicants0 -
