UC stops when you are both pension age. You will need to claim Housing Benefit to get help with rent. You are presumably both getting State Pensions. Depending on your circumstances you may be eligible for some Pension Credit also.
If you are both getting Attendance Allowance or Daily Living PIP or at least mid rate Care DLA and if no other adults live with you (unless they also have a disability) and nobody claims Carers Allowance or carer element of UC for looking after you the calculation of Pension Credit would include two Severe Disability Premiums which means that Pension Credit would top up your weekly income to £417.50/week.1 -
As you are now both state pension age, have you claimed your state pension?

Just to add to my earlier reply.
When did the youngest of you reach pension age? You may get one final UC payment after pension age is reached.
If you are willing to say how much pension you each receive, whether anybody else lives with you and what disability benefits you each get we can offer more advice if you wish.
When claiming Housing benefit you can backdate the claim to the date pension age was reached (assuming it is recent).0
