I get lower rate pip but my condition has worsened and also got some more issues like sleep apnea and depression if I tell pip would this affect my payment thanks

PIP isn't awarded based on any diagnosis. A worsening of condition doesn't automatically entitle you to more points for a higher award. If you report changes you will be sent more PIP2 forms to fill in an return with all your evidence.You will likely have another assessment because most people have them. Your award could either stop completely, remain the same or be increased. Unless you fully understand the PIP descriptors and what they mean then you shouldn't report changes without first getting some expert advice or doing some research to try to understand the descriptors yourself.
