The changes in Scotland affect PIP, not LCWRA.
There are no timescales for LCWRA reviews.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK. -
Yes I know about the pip part thanks it's the lcwra part so you can wait forever for a 3rd lcwra review is there no limit at all as its very stressful

Reviews for the work capability assessment are currently still suspended and have been since the start of the pandemic. LCWRA is an ongoing award until a new decision says otherwise. As you're claiming UC then when it's time for your review you will receive a letter on your journal telling you that they are referring you. A few days after that you will receive the form in the post.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Do you know how long there suspended for ? I'm on it for lung surgery and mental health should I tell them I've been given inhalers and another pill for my depression and anxiety
-
One was in 2018 and one was in Nov 2020
