Hi,
My mum was awarded the high rate for the mobility element for PIP. She does not drive but my dad drives my mum around.
can my dad be exempt from road tax?

- Armed Forces Independence Payment
It must only be used for the disabled person’s personal needs. It cannot be used by the nominated driver for their own personal use.
