I receive lcwra and my partner is self employed earning at the moment between 500-1000 a month depending on work due to cold weather which will pick up more in summer
we was told minimum floor income applies to him due to my lcwra
However Jc are saying he needs to attend appointments

Your LCWRA makes no difference to whether or not the MIF applies to him.
(I assume you meant you were told MIF doesn’t apply to your LCWRA.)
Do your receive PIP, if so do you get the Daily Living component?0 -
I’ve not applied for pip as was told it’s not necessary0

If you received Daily Living PIP your partner could be treated as your carer and then the MIF would not apply.0
