Poem called Personal best
Each day, I excise to get healthy and stronger state.
I use my dumbbells and resist bands and grip to improve my strength in hands and even lift myself up by pushing down arm rests of wheelchair
As my plan is to increase upper body strength
Each day I tell myself to keep going but make sure I don't over do it.
But in few months if I keep this excise regime I have set myself.
I set myself small targets which are manageable once I find my targets to easy than increasing them to keep changing myself each day
I reminded myself how I have come in a few weeks of doing excise route every day.
I will definitely have a healthy body, helps my mind to stay focused on the things that really makes health and body feel in better shape than it was

That's very motivational @Globster I like the idea of doing small manageable bits of exercise regularly instead of overdoing it! Health is wealth, as they say, and you are doing brilliantly!
