As a male survivor of rape, and currently going through a PTSD relapse, my Psychologist wants me to get a few things 'out' for our EMDR sessions.  The 'she/her' is my Inner Demon ...

    @Hannah_Scope ... I'm very lucky as I've said before.  Finally starting to feel at peace with myself a lil' bit.
    Art and writing are helping too

    I wish I could get 'sleep' so easily.  4 hours out of 72 so far this week
    If I set the smoke alarm off again in the early hours with vaping ... I think my wife may do something drastic ...

    I'm so glad that art and writing are helping @WelshBlue being creative is often a good outlet and healer for any 'inner demons' as you say :)

    Thanks @Alex_Scope ... it's funny how things can develop when you're 'ill' ... people who know me are pretty astounded I've got it in me, maybe it always was and I needed a shift in life to bring it to the front

    I just count my blessings every day, when I think of those who slip through the cracks and everything/everyone that are helping me move on
