You will need to ring Carers allowance to ask them because they are the only ones that can tell you why you haven't received your money.  I received my 4 weekly payment today without any problems.
    General enquiries
    Telephone: 0800 731 0297
    Textphone: 0800 731 0317
Relay UK (if you cannot hear or speak on the phone): 18001 then 0800 731 0297
British Sign Language (BSL) video relay service if you’re on a computer - find out how to use the service on mobile or tablet

I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

    Hello @angiedavies

    Welcome to the community!

How strange, as Poppy has said, it's best to ring up and ask why. I have popped your post into our Benefits and Financial Support section of the forum, in case you had other queries :)
