Hi, I haven't received my pip forms and have tried everyday for over a week to contact them. I put some medical things on their online form and received a message thanking me, and they were seeing about arranging an assessment. Does this mean I don't do paper forms or should I carry on trying to contact them. Of

You won't need to fill out the paper PIP2 form because you already did the online form. As you've returned that then you now need to wait to see if you need an assessment, most people do. Once a date becomes available you will be contacted. Most assessments are done by telephone.

When you start thinking about it, 'distraction is your friend', watch TV, listen to music, read, bake etc.jacqui1105 said:Thank you for your help, I'll try to stop worrying.
Remember that you have options if the decision doesn't go in your favour, MR / Appeal.0
