My name’s Lou, thought I’d say hey xHi TopB79,20 years ago I had a fractured skull and brain damage with a subdural haematoma; I was in and out of Intensive care and High Dependency for 2 weeks (during which period I arrested once). This was followed by 2 weeks in a rehab unit. The weeks that followed my discharge were made up of extreme exhaustion, looking like a zombie (a close friend used to take me shopping - she used to point out how people were staring at me), practically nil working memory (I would forget what I was talking about whilst talking) and, for want of an expression, learning to live again.Your title and opening comment imply that you have suffered brain damage; I hope not, but if you have, I hope it`s not serious.Andy0

Good morning @TopB79 welcome to our great
I haven't suffered a stroke, but i do have two close family members that have, so i do understand some of the problems you may be going through. My eldest sisters stroke affected her brain and not her body, i do help support her husband and my sister as she had a total personality change caused through hers.0
