What's your favourite type of egg?

It has to be said that eggs are one of nature's most versatile foods!

Poached, fried, scrambled, even crème or chocolate, that's just a few choices :) 

Have you had any for your breakfast or lunch today? Or have you tried more unusual eggs, like quail or duck? 

Tell us about your best or worst egg, no doubt it will be a cracking story  :D

    Scrambled with little bits of bacon mixed through and popped on toast is my favourite.


    Best egg has to be a chocolate egg though!

    My favourite eggs (other than chocolate forms) are 
    poached on toast or very slightly boiled but runny enough to drink with a dash of soy sauce, or pepper and salt.

    Poached or boiled.

    Don't like the texture of scrambled egg and omelettes make me feel icky after.  But do enjoy an egg curry 

    Duck eggs are nice ... but just one.  Very rich, strong yokes 

    Haven't bought a creme egg since they halved in size.  A principle protest  B)>:)

    For me, and from a Western perspective, a nice fried egg with brown / burnt edges with large amounts of red tabasco on toast.
    From an Eastern perspective, Chinese egg foo yung is one I will never turn down.

    I like 'em any old way! I have just had some delivered this morning (haven't bought these before)....they are from organic, traditional breeds...there are 4 blue ones in the box! Also, I have never seen a brown shelled egg that is sooooo brown!

    Nice and creamy scrambled eggs with a little smoked salmon folded in if I can afford any these days! Other than that I like them IN CAKES where they are indispensable of course!

    Hi everyone,

    I only like eggs in a quiche  & in cakes.

    I can't stand the smell of them now. I used to eat them when I was younger though.

    I,of course, love chocolate eggs & haribo star mix eggs. I have a really sweet tooth.
