Unless there’s a maintenance loan available, you will be fine and do not need to notify.0

If there’s a maintenance loan available then you will have to report these to ESA. If it’s just applying for your course fees to be paid and you don’t get any money from this then that’s fine, ESA do not need to be notified and payments will continue.
PIP is unaffected regardless.0 -
Thank you so much for your help i thought once i applied for fees it would all go downhill from there i just feel i would like to do something for myself. I had stage 3b cervical cancer and nearly died im only 42. I wouldnt be looking to get any loans just my fees paid. Is it the dwp that pays the fees?just keeping myself right. Thank you for replys.0

Is it the dwp that pays the fees?As advised, even though you may not be looking for any maintenance loans, if there's a maintenance loan available to you it will affect any means tested benefits you're claiming. Even if you decide not to take that loan.DWP do not pay student course fees, you will need a student loan for this.0
