The timescales of MR decisions can be anything up to 12 weeks. Once a decision is made you will be contacted. Sometimes a decision maker will ring if they have any questions to ask.

Technically they are both the same thing. As i advised, a decision maker can sometimes ring if they have any questions to ask. Unfortuantely, we can tell you exactly who it was that rang you.

I can hear you are finding it stressful @michnadia. Does anything, in particular, usually help you when you are feeling stressed?
Please don't hesitate to let us know if there's anything else we can do to support you. We are all here for you and listening to you and, hopefully, it will be less stressful soon1
