Anxsiety is killing me

Does anyone else have this issue I'm on enhanced pip ,I do actually work part time I'm asking loads of questions and worrying about inevitable help I'm going crazy!!!

I have had that problem yes. Anxiety can be caused by ambiguity, personally I try to remind myself that right here, right now, I'm fine, that circumvents ambiguity. Meditation helps me as well.0
