Cafe Menu access - the screens

Can I ask these cafe menu screens- are they making lives difficult?
I struggle often, I order in the app in-store so I get what I want if it’s hard to say. Can I ask is this something that’s a problem or is it just me. As I think more thought needs looking into this as getting a large print menu takes time. As virtually all cafes use them now. Can scope look into a way disabled can use them without having to press a button for assistance if needed?
I think a national solution needs to be thought off for those who can’t use a camera to read the menu. Paper is best, but with constant changes it’s expensive. It would help a lot if these screens weren’t allowed but is this something scope working on?

This sounds super important @john_taylor. I don't know about every food place but I know in my local Mcdonald's there are a range of ways to order - through the app, QR code, screen or asking.
To be sure, you would have to check with each food place though, at least until a national solution is found. Hopefully, this is something that will improve and become more national as time goes byCommunity Volunteer Adviser with professional knowledge of education, special educational needs and disabilities and EHCP's.
