It should be included in your next statement, you'll need to check to see if it's included.

As advised on your other thread here https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/102450/lcwra-backdated-payed#latest you'll be entitled to the extra money from either June or July 2022. Without knowing the exact date your reported your health condition/sent your first fit note it's impossible to tell you when exactly it's paid from.

Any money owed will be paid separately to your usual monthly money and often take quite a few weeks to pay what is owed. Once your statements have been recalculated you'll receive a letter on your journal telling you how much is owed.

I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

That means your waiting period will be Feb to May 2022.. LCWRA starts from assessment period May/June and first payment would be 3rd June 2022.

Providing you continued to send fit notes without any gaps until a decision was made on your WCA. Assuming you're not claiming UC with a partner that already receives the LCWRA element on your claim.

No. Money you owe the council has nothing to do with DWP.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK.
