It should be included in your next statement, you'll need to check to see if it's included. As advised on your other thread here https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/102450/lcwra-backdated-payed#latest you'll be entitled to the extra money from either June or July 2022. Without knowing the exact date your reported your health condition/sent your first fit note it's impossible to tell you when exactly it's paid from.Any money owed will be paid separately to your usual monthly money and often take quite a few weeks to pay what is owed. Once your statements have been recalculated you'll receive a letter on your journal telling you how much is owed.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
Hey yes I just worked out dates first sick note was put in 25th of Feb 2022 thanks
-
That means your waiting period will be Feb to May 2022.. LCWRA starts from assessment period May/June and first payment would be 3rd June 2022.Providing you continued to send fit notes without any gaps until a decision was made on your WCA. Assuming you're not claiming UC with a partner that already receives the LCWRA element on your claim.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
