Hi been waiting since 8th October 2022 for tribunal hearing. Since then my brachioradial pruritus has got increasingly worse & have now been referred back to specialist, also due to unspecified blood/skin condition I now have to wear arm/hand protectors due to horrendous bruising & skin tears. They know about these conditions but am I meant to advise them on the latest as stated please? Also I am going for endoscopy on Friday should I advise them of this or not as I didn't mention a stomach complaint on my original claim as I forgot about it & was no longer on medication for it. Thank you.

The tribunal has to decide whether or not the decision on your claim was correct at the time it was made. Therefore the tribunal cannot take into account changes into your health that havetaken place since the original decision was made.0
