Hi everyone,
My sister is renewing her Westminster White/ Blue badges, although she is having enhanced PIP she has to fill an occupational health form and now she is called to attend a face to face health assessment, so she is very anxious and wondering what would happen during this kind of assessment as she always been awarded the disabled parking badges both White and Blue based on the paper health assessment.
Any advices please or ideas on what this assessment is about and what to expect is much appreciated.
Thank you.

Does your sister have the enhanced rate for the mobility component of PIP? If so, she should automatically qualify. If not, there's some info here both about eligibility & occupational therapist's assessments on p9.

If you live in England and you have Enhanced mobility PIP award, if you scored 12 points in following and planning a journey then you won’t automatically be entitled to the BB.To be automatically entitled you need to have scored at least 8 points in the moving around part or 10 points for following and planning a journey, activity 1E (cannot undertake any journey)1

Even she is having enhanced mobility with 16 points she is not automatically qualified and Poppy has explained why.
She had to go through the process of filling an occupational health assessment form and provide a medical evidence, and now she has to go for a face to face assessment aswell.0 -

Thank you Poppy, exactly she scored 12 points in following and planning a journey and 4 points in moving around.
