Hi, my name is Intellect! ESA failure to call

New to group, have read many Q&As , that have been helpful.
I was supposed to have a telephone call, today 28th Feb 2023 re which category on ESA, I fit in. My serious health life threatening conditions suggest the Support Group. Myself and my GP sent the medical forms back 02 Feb 2023, so DWP should have recieved them.
What happens given they failed to call me.
I am concerned, I will lose the current monies, when it is not of my fault.
I waited for the appointment telephone call.
Any advice please.
