If you live together then you'll need to report a change of circumstances and tell them you're now living with your partner. You will then be sent a linking code. Your partner will need to make a claim for UC theirself and use the linking code to join both claims together.

As your PIP includes the daily living part if your partner cares for you for at least 35 hours per week then they can claim carers element of UC (no earnings limit for this) this will then increase your maximum UC entitlement by £168.81/month.

You will have the work allowance which means a certain amount of earnings received each month will be ignored before the deductions apply. If you claim for help with the rent your work allowance will be £344/month, if you don't then it will be £573/month. You can use a benefits calculator to see what you would be entitled to but remember to put your partners details and earnings into it. https://www.entitledto.co.uk/benefits-calculator/Intro/Home?cid=cf439ddb-918e-4fab-936c-48ff3b88c1c2

If you have savings/capital of more than £16,000 you're excluded from claiming. PIP isn't affected.
If you're claiming council tax reduction then you'll need to report the changes to your Local Authority. You will lose the 25% single person discount too.
