Hello All , I live in Hampshire and hope someone on here can give me some information about PIP I have been turned down for pip two times now I have very bad knees with arthritis and waiting for knee replacements I suffer from anxiety depression and fibromyalgia, Can’t work because of pain basically everywhere , I have just tried again for the third attempt! What else can I do ??

    To constantly reapply using the same evidence you previously used will likely see another refusal.

    Have you ever challenged the decision by first requesting the Mandatory Reconsideration. (MR)? Though the chances of the decision changing at this stage is very low, you can then proceed to Tribunal where your chances of success are much higher. This a much better option that to reapply all the time.

    Please be aware that PIP isn't about your ability to work, people claim PIP and work. Whether you're entitled to anything will depend on how your conditions affect you against the 12 PIP activities.
