Clerical error with my ESA

I did not receive my ESA today so I phoned them first thing this morning, they said your ESA was not paid due to a clerical error and you will be called back between 9 - 12pm, I never received a call back from them, I’m really worried as my bills are due out tomorrow so this will leave me overdrawn and bills unpaid, I have a panic attack disorder so me worrying about this has made things worse, I’m calling them again now.

    All you can do is try them again. Hopefully someone will then make a manual payment for you.

    Unfortunately this is common it happened to me last June when I wasn't working, my ESA file got too big, whatever that means. Hope you received your payment.
