IAM 59 due to works accident 37 years back . HAVE SPINE / BACK ISSUE . DEgenrative for life want get better. 10% industrial injury award for life . ISSUES walking/ standing mobility . Standing up to 1 minuite , walk range 20- 50 meteres with out sitting MAX . GOOD work record payed 42 years class1 ni/ tax PAYE. SO oap penstion payed for by pay 35 yrs NI/ PAYE cant claim it 66 current . I work part time 3 days week 30 hours approx . APPLY 2010 equality diversity act reasonable adjustnment ( part time work ). AS I FIND full time 48 hours week/ 5 days to much psycially / mentally . HOWEVER ive been reading from now MARCH/ APRIL 2023 . IF u 55-64 DONT work because off disability / only work part time . DWP , GOVERTNMENT say theres labour shortadge . & bulk unemployed ARE age 55-64 . IF u claim UC UNICREDIT AS TOP UP AS/ WHEN . & BEING THE AET adin earn thressold now £617 mouth to stay in light touch ( no work search requitnments/ job centre vists ) . DWP want push 55-64 yr olds back in to full time work. CAN DWP force you to go full time if u earn over mouthly AET ?????. OR full time work causes you health problems ????? CAN DWP bypass 2010 diversity equality act . REASONABLE AJUSTNMENT TO JUST WORK PART TIME 3 DAYS / 30 HOURS . ?????. ANYONE any thoughts or heard about new rules . ?????. WORK to drop / die now folks return 1920s victortian work houses.
