Long covid
I’m so sorry to hear how much the long covid symptoms are affecting you.
I pretty much have all the symptoms you are experiencing. It is really tough getting support with it all and for people to understand what we’re going through. Instead of gaslighting.
I really do hope things get better for you and that get the support you need.

Hey @ghannah01. A warm welcome to Scope’s forum from me. It is great to see you have joined us.
Thanks for already finding the courage to reach out to us. I appreciate the courage it can take to reach out, especially when you are new and finding things difficult.
It sounds like you are experiencing a lot of ‘long covid symptoms’ and not feeling supported or understood. In an ideal world, what would support look like for you at the moment?
You absolutely deserve to feel supported, understood and validated. Unfortunately, I often find this rare with any ‘invisible’ chronic health conditions.
However, I find this is a supportive and understanding space. I hope you will find the same over time.
Please don’t hesitate to let us know if we can do anything, in particular, to support you. We are all here for you, believe you, care about you and are listening to you
