Oh, wow, I have so many issues with my life, from health problems and past trauma, that I don't know how to ask for help and/or support, so I think I'll just browse around Scope and hope that something comes up on here that I can relate to!! Anyway, Hi everyone xxx

    Hi and thank you for your kind welcome. I do have a specific question but I don't know at the moment which category is the best to use for my enquiry!!

    Hi @kateady22 - simply ask any questions here in your post; no need to worry about which category as Admin will move it for you if needed. :)
