I am definitely one of life's sharers but the one thing very, very few of my real life friends know that I am much more comfortable talking about on forums is that I had an actute psychotic episode following the birth of my first child 30 yrs ago now and had to have E.C.T.

I used to be a drug addict when I was a teenager.3

I was beaten as a child then became a drug addict/ alcoholic after being raped.
I feel no shame for my past, just pride to be where I am now. A great father who broke the mould3 -
I know where you’re coming from. The pain never ends, it fades!0
