I think it would be helpful to see you face to face before completing your PIP form. Please make a routine appointment to see me.

It sounds like they have contacted your GP for some information. It’s rare for them to do this but it does happen.Your GP wants you to make an appointment to discuss your health condition so they have some information for them to be able to fill out the form or write the letter.0

I had this before from my GP, I see it as a positive, better this, then him / her sending info off without talking to you.0
