Good morning we have recently applied for AA for aunt had call from decision maker etc spoke on phone today they said a decision has been made an wouldn’t tell over the phone what decision was ….can they not tell you over phone then? Many thanks

If it was the call centre you rang today, they may not be able to see what that decision is. Once a decision is made it can take up to 24 hours for them the to able to see it on the computer. They will only be able to see that a decision was made.

Hi just called the standard number all he said was a decision has been made an told us to wait for letter0

As i advised, he may not be able to see what that actual decision is yet.
