Hi I work part time as I have lots of long term health problems. I'm currently in receipt of UC. The job center are asking me to look for more work. My GP has given me a fit note to support me as I unable to do more hours. However I have a assessment coming up can I claim LCWRA and work 9hours.

If you're found to have LCWRA there's no maximum amount of hours you're allowed to work. UC is based on earnings received each month.Have you had a look at the descriptors for LCWRA? If not you can see them here. https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/universal-credit-uc/uc-faq/limited-capability-for-work-related-activity
