Hello, I am a paediatric doctor doing a masters in Palliative Care. I am doing my research study on exploring the experiences of support parents/guardian's who have a child with dystonia receive. This research aims to discover any good practice, and find out any gaps that there is.

The initial research will involve filling out an online questionnaire which will take approximately 10-15 minutes. You will then get invited to take part in a more indepth face to face interview which will be via an online platform. However, you can choose to take part in the online questionnaire alone.

The link for the questionnaire is below

I have attached the participant information sheet for your convenience.

If you have any questions or would like to be considered for the more indepth questionnaire please contact myself on HaddickA@cardiff.ac.uk

This research study has gained ethical approval from The University of Cardiff.

The study will be open from 15.03.23 to 15.05.23

Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope you will consider taking part.
