Hi all,
Just wanted to ask if anyone applied for water rates discount reduction as for a disability or any health problems that you have or a family member has . as I applied due to my health problems and skin problems it took a while for them to reply to me and check the evidence but I am happy to say I have been accepted for water rates discount with Thames water 🙏😊.. so if anyone is a bit worried about their water rates and have health problems and any skin problems please check out the area you're in you may be able to get a discount on your water rates I never knew this until I researched it.. as every little bit counts these days 🥰

Hi @Tina12. I have not, personally, applied for water rates discount reduction. However, it sounds really positive that you have been accepted for water rates discount.
Thank you for sharing this with us too, it will be invaluable for anyone in similar circumstances or questioning their water rates
