I had my dreaded pip assessment yesterday I was asked if I had a blue badge and replied that I had applied for one but had not had a decision as yet. Sod’s law late afternoon I received an email asking for the £10 payment for my blue badge as it had been awarded. Is it worth calling pip to let them know this or not TIA x

There are quite a few contradictions in it so looks like I will be having to do a Mandatory Reconsideration. I scored 6 points for daily living so have lost my standard daily living, I have been on DLA and changed to PIP in 2019 and in all those years I was on standard daily living I do not understand how I scored no points for using a perching stool to be able to get dressed as I need to use this aid other wise it would be impossible for me to stand and get dressed there were quite a few other things in the report where I should have received some points. It seems that they just want to get everyone of of PIP.0 -
Remember at this stage @te1 the assessors report is a recommendation to the decision maker, who will be taking into account the form you sent in, plus any extra evidence you sent as well. There is a chance the points could change.
Once you've received your decision letter, you can then decide if you'd like to challenge the decision. Whatever the result, the community is here to support you- so please reach out if you need to0
