I know that's it's early in the morning. I jus want to say I am wondering if could get some advice. I'm waiting for my letter to come from pip. I had a text message yesterday to say I been awarded pip. I have to wait 2 weeks for letter. They said that I don't need to contact them. Unless change of circumstance. If get back pay do it go from time I first rang them or is it the day my form had to be back. I know it was January. When first rang. My form had to be in for 5th Feb and I had an assessment on the phone on 28th February 2023. The message came through Thursday 16th. Staying they sent it to be me. How long does it take and when from. I hope I haven't wrote it wrong as I'm seriously unsure what to do0

It will be from the day you rang to start your claim. Any money owed will be in your bank 3-5 working days after payment was made. The decision letter will follow after that.If you want to know what your award is and when to expect payment into your bank you can ring PIP to ask.1

The idea behind it was that the sharp cold on your tongue causes the brain to switch from what`s making you anxious to the sharp cold on your tongue.Whether it actually works or not, I can`t say.Andy
