Some say no change but this site says it's stopping not sure what to think.

This is related to the white paper changes the Government announced in the budget. There’s been quite a few thread’s related to this here.Nothing will change until at least 2026/27 and possibly as late as 2029 for some.3

Even if these changes come into affect it won't be until 2026-29, so a long way up the road, try not to worry about it. A lot can happen in a few years.2

It's actually LCWRA that's changing not LCW which was changed in 2017.0
