Happy mothers day to you all
How will you spend it? Will you be getting spoilt?
Time to reflect on the mothers we no longer have with us.
I'm having a roast cooked for me today, which is always welcome on any day.

Happy Mother’s Day to you @Sandy_123
Enjoy your day.
My daughter and son are coming for a wee visit. So be nice.❤️2 -
It's our dog's birthday today and my Mum is more interested in that than Mother's Day.
but we will be making her a meal and having some champagne today.

I am not a mother but it was lovely to spend some time with my mum (and nan!) this morning. Full of gifts, cards, hugs and love of course1

Happy mothers day to all the mums and dads that do the same job single handed. Hope you all have a lovely day3

Happy Mother’s Day to all. My first as a recognised disabled person. Felt a bit tearful as I’ve always looked forward to this day. Now I’ve seen my children I feel much better. I know I’m not going to get better, but today is a ‘smile and be happy’ kind of day. Hope you all have a fab day.1

Hi all I had a visit from my son and my daughter, and 2 of my granddaughters, it was lovely and I got spoiled.
Was just so nice to see them.❤️1 -

I'm so sorry to hear this @Ada it's difficult when we're made to feel alone, and without help. It's not too late to access any help and support you might need with what happened in childhood.
I'm going to be pm'ing you a little later on with some additional support you might find helpful. Mother's day can be hard for a lot of people, so I'm sure you're not alone there.
I'll bet your dog thinks you're a wonderful mum!1 -
That's okay @Ada, thanks for explaining. The additional support I've shared is there to access if ever you feel you need to1

My daughter sent me flowers and chocolates and phoned to tell me that she'll be bringing me a bottle of gin on Thursday.
My son bought me some toiletries that I'm allergic to so my daughter will be taking them home with her.0
