in Start here and say hello!
I have just been diagnosed as having Lumbar Spinal Stenosis, as well has having arthritis in my knees, hips and pelvis. I have been off work now for three months and have just been signed off for another month. What are your experiences of this condition?

    Morning @Lizi22 and welcome. You have a lot going on with your arthritis and back.
    I have spine problems with my discs faucet joints and ccurvature.so I feel your pain. I'm limited to what I can do, especially with flair ups. 
    Are you on pain relief or trying various pain methods? Have you seen a physio? 
    I had to give up work after trying adaptions.
