They are but it will depend on the reasons why they are needed.

Hi - for my application I provided photos of my dosette box and explained that I used my phone as a reminder to take my medication (I had a fractured skull and brain damage 20 years ago - my memory isn`t what it could or should be. I included my fractured skull in my application). How much weight it carried, I can`t say - but I was awarded Enhanced for Daily Living.

Please remember the assessor's report is only a recommendation. However, as far as needing an aid to manage medication/monitor a health condition, then that only gets you 1 point, if considered.Unfortunately the assessor's reports may appear to be contradictory, but if that's not them writing down what you've said, then that's what should happen, as they need to form their own opinion. That said, as you've mentioned, if not successful you can do a MR, but try & put the assessor's report behind you, & concentrate on saying where you feel you should have got points, & why.0

Thank you for your thoughts on this matter, she asked about the getting dressed etc and asked if I had to sit on the bed to do this and I replied that no I use a perching chair to fit on whilst I’m dressing I scored 0 for this activity as well, I will be booking an appointment with CAB to get help with doing a MR1

Did you do a Paper PIP2 form claim and how did you do you include the photographs with your claim. Did you print them on photograph paper? I am just asking this because I am helping someone with a paper PIP2 Claim form and they want to include photographic evidence with there claim and I am just trying to find the best way to do this. Thanks in advance Cartini2

I don't believe photographic evidence isn't the best to send because once the evidence is added to the computer it doesn't scan that well so the picture isn't that clear.

For my mobile I sent the photos by email to my account and then saved those to a folder on the laptop. From there I imported the photos into Word in the same annexe as all my other evidence. My evidence was a mixture of MRI scan result, photographs, prescription screen shots and other medical documentation - all imported in the same manner. For the provided boxes in the PIP2, I just put "see page xx of the attached document", in which I laid out separate chapters for each question, culminating in a final chapter / annexe for evidence.I`ve attached the photo of my dosette box (below) using the same method.Hope this makes sense - if not, please give me a shout.Andy
