? Changes to assessments for birth and genetic conditions

Hi all. I heard someone saying they may be changing the way they assess certain conditions but I can’t find anything on Google. 

Has anyone else seen or heard anything along these lines?

 I know it could be rubbish lol

I've not heard of anything. Assessments for PIP are the same as always. Most people have them, paper based assessments are rare but possible.
