Hello guys. My rent increased back in February. I have reported that. Website directs you to upload tenancy agreement and utility bill. Nothing else! 10 days after I received message " insufficient documents or something like that. So again I went there and repeated process..10 days after same message" insufficient blah blah. 11 days later which is today, same message. I have asked numerous times on journal to get back to me and explain what am I doing wrong??? Does anyone actually have common sense over there. Ofcourse better to waste time and be sending generic messages, so it seems. Today I actually uploaded bank statement along with everything else. Even though there's no ' bank statement option ' I still did it under ' utility bills window. They say that screenshots are not accepted etc. Is Pdf ok? I sent them PDF, I don't want to receive another message in 10 days time that they don't want PDF. Has anyone dealt with bank statements and theses morons please help????

@cushionqueen i bet if u sent them ' change of circumstances ' that u want to close your claim because u have enough money, they wouldn't play dumb . They would close your profile same day without mistakes and goofy messages on journal
