Hi all, need your advice. Currently not working but employed due to long term illness. Do I need to report to DWP if my company paying me only for bank Holidays and holiday entitlement ( less than 16 hours) . If I do, on pw1 form there is a section  where it says to be completed by support worker.  I don't have one or it means the current employer? Many thanks

Hello there @alqhyna and thanks for reaching out, can I ask what type of ESA you're currently claiming, or is it that you are looking to claim ESA?

To answer your second question, 'support worker' does not mean your current employer, as far as I understand it :)

Hey Alex, it is new style employment and support allowance.  It's been approved.  From what I know, I need to submit pw1 form should I do any work. I am still employed,  not working so my employer may pay my bank Holidays as I've requested. The second question, who can sign support worker field? I dont have one... thanks

It sounds positive that it has been approved @alqhyna. In terms of support within the workplace, it might be worth looking into Access to Work and/or talking to your manager or HR if this feels comfy for you.

Please don't hesitate to let us know if I have misunderstood anything though or if there's anything else we can do to support you  :)
