Been awarded PIP with backpay, how long until I get it with natwest?

Hello, I got awarded pip about 16 days ago and I phoned up to make sure they pip people actioned it and they said on wednesday that the manager person has actioned it with the full backpay and now its a matter of the bank processing it, and he said expecrt it by start of next week (april 3rd/4th ish) Does anyone else have any experience with this and know if what the man said on the phone is correct?

Once payment is made money will be in your bank between 3-5 working days.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
