Mobility Scooter

We purchased a Golden Technology mobility scooter for my wife, and it works great when it's working. Unfortunately the thing breaks down a lot and the company we bought it from has bad service and it takes forever to get the thing fixed. Since my wife is stuck in her chair when there's no scooter, we purchased another one this summer so we'd have a backup when we needed service. Last week one stopped working and we took it in, today the backup stopped working.
Has anyone had experience with different brands? I don't mind paying more for something that doesn't break down several times a year. I've called around to a bunch o other places and they won't take it in unless it was purchased there. Any suggestions are welcome.

I understand your frustration with the frequent breakdowns of your Golden Technology mobility scooters and the poor service from the company you purchased them from. It's important to have a reliable mobility scooter that meets your wife's needs and provides her with the necessary mobility and independence.
When it comes to choosing a new mobility scooter, there are several reputable brands in the market that are known for their reliability and durability. Some of the popular brands include Pride Mobility, Drive Medical, Invacare, and Shoprider. These brands offer a range of mobility scooters with different features and specifications, so you can choose the one that best fits your wife's needs.
