Hi.  New here and am hoping someone can help with a part of my medical report which I have just received a copy of today.  The assessor did a paper assessment and recommended I have LCWRA which the DWP have agreed with.  However there's a paragraph at the end of my report I don't understand and would appreciate some advice.
It says.......The client's condition is unlikely to improve and is consistent with a severe condition as defined.  As per departmental policy, the category of no further assessment cannot apply where the outcome is cancer treatment, risk (LCWRA), Risk(pregnancy) or LCW.  The client has multiple conditions and there is no evidence to suggest that significant functional improvement is likely in the longer term, hence severe conditions advised.

What does that actually mean?!  Thank you.

Severe conditions advised, which means they have advised that no further reviews are needed. It will be down to a decision maker to make the final decision on this.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
