I have a learning disability, am 24 years old, and should be a good year for dating and relationships, but it hasn't been for me and hasn't been for any year I've tried. It's been hard since no men are interested in finding a girlfriend in real life. In real life, I am not interested in other men. They were loud, immature, rude, and mean. Women are perceived to have more opportunities than men. Some for me is also not true since i can't really choose i can date and always has to be done by my mum that made a very strict rule with only me that comes to dating and is i can only date men with a learning disability or learning difficulties but my mum still prefers learning disability. The problem with some men with learning disabilities is that they appear immature to me if they are younger than me. As well as dating apps and sites, I have also tried some that were successful and some that were not. Whenever I go outside and meet men, I haven't worked out once in real life, since I'm outside at all times and I haven't had any men approach me rather than stare at them. That is all i get from men in my town. Additionally, I tried approaching men, but they rejected me. That is the only reason I want to try dating sites or online apps instead. i found some men with learning disabilities and matched one. Some men didn't get what they wanted from me, and some ghosted me since I didn't give them what they wanted. One man called me baby, and I stood up and stopped talking and didn't listen too much. Before I match with a 33-year-old. There was one man that I matched with and gave Facebook and always made excuses like i'm sorry i been to busy or i'm sorry i be very busy. I gave up and stopped putting effort into it. then i saw that match with a 33-year-old man like me on badoo. let me try and see how it goes. What are your thoughts on his messing with me on Facebook and he was the only one who told me which dang app he came from . i'm OK with trying and see how is go . i hasn't be that interested in the other two men since both of the men were younger them me . what are you thoughts on my own experience with some men real life and some men online dating apps or dating sites ?

    What makes you think this should be a good year for dating @Splatmate24? It is ok this is not going to 'plan' and happens in your own time. The most important thing is that you take care of yourself and keep yourself safe and well  :)
