Hi my names Michael 
I've had my telephone assessment and they said I have serious mental health problems. Does anyone know if I will get lcwra or will I just get lcw

It will be impossible to answer that question because no one here knows anything about how your conditions affect your ability to do any type of work, which is what you're assessed on.

Once the decision is made it could be either LCW/LCWRA or fit for work. Once the assessment report is returned a decision can take up to about 12 weeks. If it's UC you're claiming and you have access to a journal then the decision letter will be uploaded on there once it's made.
