    I've been told I have to cut my caffeine intake by my doctor ... I don't think 12/15 cups of coffee is excessive, but ...

    so am on fruit teas.  It's not the same ...

    I'm not a cake / dessert guy @Hannah_Scope, I don't even have biscuits with my teas. I'm more of a sandwich guy with my teas, they say classic ones are cucumber, egg and watercress sandwiches but I'd just settle for a Subway. 😆

    Hello @WelshBlue, yeah I was really bad with coffee, I would drink more than 20 cups a day. 😆 I do treat myself tho with odd Latte now and then, but yeah isn't the same.

    Cheers @shaunwright I'm on coffee now. I probably have about 4 -7 cups a day at a rough guess of coffee. Depends on the day

    Nice @Sandy_123, be alot cheaper 😄 have you tried rolls from Aldi are so nice is there own version on Subway bread?

    No not tried those, I'm sure they were ones my daughter was on about. Gregs do nice seeded oval rolls in packs of four. But you have to be there early to get any.  I usually just buy a bagette.
    Definitely cheaper.

    Yeah @Sandy_123, you deffo need to grab a pack when next in Aldi. They do Wholemeal and Cheese & Herb rolls aswell, all are lovely. 👌

    Yeah @Sandy_123, they are 🙂 my mum gets me mine cause do online shopping me and as we all know Aldi only supermarket that doesn't deliver lol.

    She does say, like you said about Greggs, you need to get there early because sell out fast. 😆

    😯 @Biblioklept 🤣 I would of got the Veggie Delite me with cheese too 😆 do love my salad tho. I love my chicken salad sandwiches too, but the chicken from Subway tastes horrid like a sour gone off taste. 🤔
