Hello
if my husband is eligible for Carers Allowance, what impact would that have on a Council Tax Reduction claim please?

Do they send inspectors out to your property to ensure your meeting the application criteria?
Thanks

Hello @luckylyn74
Welcome to the community!
I did a little googling and found some information on the Carers UK website. They have a free downloadable fact sheet that I think would be useful to read.
From what I have read, I cannot see any mention of inspectors but they also say each local council will decide themselves so they may differ in how they assess. I would also encourage you to see if there is any additional information on your local council's website.Hannah - She / Her
